Applications
Finished tubes are strapped in bundles for stability when stacking or loading into any mode of transport.
Why galvanised
Zinc protection that keeps working long after delivery — with no maintenance.
Lower initial cost than most treated steels — and ready to use when delivered. No extra surface preparation, inspections or painting, sparing you further costs.
Galvanised industrial steel is expected to last more than 50 years in average environments, and over 20 years with severe water exposure. No maintenance is required, and the increased durability raises the reliability of the finished product.
Any damaged steel is protected by the surrounding zinc coating. Even if a section is completely exposed, the zinc corrodes first — sacrificially protecting the damaged area.
Zinc acts as a protective buffer between the steel and moisture or oxygen — including sharp corners and recesses that other coatings can’t protect.
